Data Deletion Request

Zeniqle Meta Automation respects your right to control your data. You can request the deletion of all data associated with your account at any time.

What Data We Store

When you connect your Instagram Business account to Zeniqle Meta Automation, we store the following data:

  • Account Information: Your Instagram Business account name, profile ID, and connected Facebook Page ID.
  • Access Tokens: Encrypted OAuth tokens used to interact with the Instagram API on your behalf.
  • Message Data: Direct messages sent and received through the automation system, used to provide automated responses.
  • Published Content: Metadata about posts published through our platform (post IDs, timestamps, captions).
  • Workflow Configuration: Your automation rules, response templates, and scheduling preferences.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@zeniqle.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your Instagram Business account username
  • The email address associated with your Zeniqle account
  • Confirmation that you want all data deleted

Option 2: Disconnect from Facebook Settings

You can also remove Zeniqle Meta Automation access directly from your Facebook account:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Navigate to "Security and Login" → "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find "Zeniqle Meta Automation" and click "Remove"
  4. This revokes our access; email us at privacy@zeniqle.com to confirm full data deletion from our servers

What Happens After a Deletion Request

  • Acknowledgement: We will confirm receipt of your deletion request within 24 hours.
  • Processing: Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of the request.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
  • Access Revocation: All OAuth tokens and API access for your account will be immediately revoked upon receiving the request.
  • Irreversibility: Once deleted, data cannot be recovered. You would need to reconnect your account and reconfigure your workflows to use Zeniqle Meta Automation again.

Data Retention Policy

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active and connected to Zeniqle Meta Automation. If you disconnect your Instagram account without requesting deletion, we will automatically delete your data after 90 days of inactivity.

Certain data may be retained for longer periods if required by law. In such cases, the data will be securely stored and only used for legal compliance.
